DayPush does not create user accounts and does not send your workout data or settings to an App-operated server. Therefore, there is no DayPush account or server-held account data to request that we delete.

What DayPush stores

DayPush stores the following information locally on your device:

  • workout dates, daily goals, push-up counts, set times, and completion times;
  • reminder settings and scheduled local notifications;
  • theme and language preferences; and
  • technical database information required to operate the App.

Delete an individual set

  1. Open DayPush.
  2. On the Today tab, find the set you want to remove.
  3. Tap “Delete.”
  4. Confirm deletion.

Remove all DayPush data

Android:

  1. Open your device’s Settings.
  2. Open Apps → DayPush → Storage & cache. Names may vary by device.
  3. Tap “Clear storage” or “Clear data” and confirm.

You may alternatively uninstall DayPush. Clearing only the cache may not delete the local database.

iPhone or iPad:

  1. Touch and hold the DayPush icon.
  2. Tap “Remove App.”
  3. Tap “Delete App” and confirm.

Do not choose “Offload App,” because offloading may preserve the App’s documents and data. You can also delete DayPush through Settings → General → iPhone/iPad Storage → DayPush → Delete App.

Removing local data is permanent unless you previously exported a DayPush backup or your operating system restores App data from a device backup.

Delete exported backups

The “Export JSON” feature lets you choose where a backup is saved or sent. DayPush and its developer do not receive that file. Delete exported backup files from every location where you saved or shared them, such as Files, Downloads, email, messaging, or cloud-storage services. Those services control their own copies and deletion processes.

Local backup and restore

You may export your local data before removing it by opening DayPush → Settings → Backup → Export JSON. If you later restore that file, its workout data and settings will be placed back into DayPush and will replace the App’s then-current local data.

Support email

Because we do not hold a DayPush account or server copy of your App data, emailing us cannot erase data stored on your device or with a third-party service you selected. If you need help following these instructions, contact hi@pavelpestov.com (mailto:hi@pavelpestov.com). Do not attach your backup file or other sensitive information.
