Please include your device model, operating system version, DayPush version, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. Do not send backup files, passwords, payment card details, health records, or other sensitive information by email.
Frequently asked questions
How do I record push-ups?
Open the Today tab. Tap one of the quick-add buttons (+5, +10, +20, or +25), or tap “Other amount,” enter a positive whole number, and tap “Add.”
How is my daily goal calculated?
Your goal equals the current day number of the year. For example, the goal is 1 on January 1. A day’s saved goal does not change later.
How do I edit or delete a set?
On the Today tab, find the set in today’s list. Tap “Edit” to change its count or “Delete” to remove it. You will be asked to confirm deletion.
Where can I see my progress?
Use History to review saved days in a list or calendar. Use Statistics to see totals, current and best streaks, completed days, and set statistics.
How do reminders work?
Open Settings → Reminders. Enable reminders, choose a mode and schedule, then tap “Save reminders.” DayPush will request notification permission. On Android, exact-alarm access may also be required. Reminders are scheduled locally and can be disabled at any time.
How do I back up or restore my data?
Open Settings → Backup. Tap “Export JSON” and choose where to save the file using your device’s sharing interface. To restore, tap “Restore from file,” select a valid DayPush JSON backup, and confirm. Restoring replaces all current local DayPush data, so export your current data first if you may need it.
Does DayPush require an account or internet connection?
No. DayPush works offline and does not create an account.
How do I remove my data?
You can delete individual sets from the Today tab. To remove all local DayPush data, clear the App’s storage in your device settings or uninstall the App. DayPush has no online account or server copy to delete. See the Delete DayPush Data page for details.
